Data We Store (On-Device Only)

• Workout data (muscles worked, dates, intensity levels)
• Training preferences (goals, experience level, injury status)
• Recovery feedback and patterns
• Notification settings
• All data is stored locally on your iPhone using standard iOS storage. We do not have access to this data.

Third-Party Services

MySplit integrates with the following Apple services:

Apple HealthKit With your permission, we read sleep duration, heart rate variability, and workout sessions to enhance recovery estimates. We never write to or modify your HealthKit data.

Apple WatchConnectivity If you use the Apple Watch app, data syncs between devices using Apple's secure framework. This data never leaves your devices.

Apple iCloud (Future) In future versions, we may offer optional iCloud sync for backup and cross-device sync. This will use Apple's encrypted iCloud infrastructure subject to Apple's privacy policy.

Information Security

We implement reasonable security measures by leveraging iOS built-in security features. All data remains on your device and is protected by your device passcode and Face ID/Touch ID. However, no method of storage is 100% secure.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time: Settings → Data & Privacy → Clear All Data This permanently removes all workout history and preferences.
